Red Lobster Executive Chef, Michael LaDuke, was a guest judge on “The Next Food Network Star” and helped to select the challenge winner. Jeffrey Saad won the night’s challenge with a fish dish prepared in a spicy soy broth. His prize for winning the challenge was seeing his winning dish appear on the Red Lobster Menu nationwide.
